Delivery & Returns
We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product or would like help matching the colours of fabric we are happy to help.
If you do need to return something it must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is fully responsible for all the shipping costs for return/exchange unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect in which case a full refund, including postage costs, will be made. Please inform us in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return the goods providing a brief description as to why the return is being made.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item within 30 days after we received the goods from you in required condition as above.
Exchange of Goods
Please inform us in writing by email if you wish to exchange the goods. We’re happy to exchange the goods within 10 working days of receipt of goods however it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return.
We regret that cut fabric cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged on receipt.
We recommend you send any returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

You can sign up for classes in person at our shop or by calling us at 01539 729947. We require full payment at the time of booking in order to reserve your spot.
The materials and tools needed for each class varies so we will tell you what you need.
We keep class sizes small so everyone gets all the attention they need. For that reason, we are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds or transfers on classes under any circumstances.
If we have to cancel a class for any reason you will be offered a full refund or we will offer you a transfer to another class.
